I ordered a new filter for our spa on 4-17-13, paid $61 for overnight shipping. The product did not arrive when I called I worked with a woman named Kathy.

She informed me the package had been lost between SpaDepots warehouse and FedEx. To make this right I was told by Kathy that there would be a new filter sent out overnight with no expense to me AND that I would be refunded the $61 shipping. I waited over a week for the refund to be credited to my bank account, I called SpaDepot they said the account needed to be reviewed and someone would call me back. A "manager" called back an hour later and said that because the "lost" filter did show up 5 days later and that they sent a new filter out free of charge they consider the matter closed.

That it wasnt Kathy's right to say I would receive the refund to begin with!!

This is not the first time I have dealt with this company for spa parts but it WILL BE THE LAST! The whole company is full of LIARS!!!

Monetary Loss: $61.

Dude ,what are you *** about,they essentially gave you a free filter in lieu of the credit,so shut your hole
