my pump went bad that I ordered in 4-17 and amie told me to send in the label off the pump. when they got it they said the date code on the label was from 2015 so they are not going to replace it.

Sorry i dont have extra pumps laying around. All they said they could do is sell me one at half price. they said when i get the new pump to take a picture of the label and send it to them so they could tell what year it was made.

this will make the fourth pump from them that has failed. maybe i should be looking for a new supplier.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Treated like a criminal.
